The IESBDC is the region’s premier provider of business consulting and training services for the existing and aspiring business owner. The IESBDC delivers quality consulting, instructive and relevant training and complete resources to business prospects every year.
The IESBDC offers over 240 training workshops to ensure that important business topics are addressed. As a federally sponsored program with local cash match partnerships, the IESBDC is able to provide its services at little or no cost.

SCORE, a resource partner with the U.S. Small Business Administration, provides free and confidential management counseling services to the small business community, including assistance with business plan formulation. SCORE's 10,500 volunteers have more than 600 business skills. Volunteers share their wisdom and lessons learned in business. SCORE's volunteers are working/retired business owners, executives and corporate leaders. SCORE has helped 7.5 million small businesses. Counseling is available at the Temecula Valley Chamber of Commerce every Thursday by appointment only.

CMTC provides consulting services in the practice areas of Strategic Business, Lean Enterprise, Information Technology, Quality Management, Supply Chain Management, Small Business Improvement and specialized training.
CMTC’s Small Manufacturers Advantage® (SMA) program provides on-site, technical and strategic business services at no cost to companies who qualify. This program is paid for with a Federal grant. Manufacturers, job shops and assemblers with $100,000 to $15 million in annual sales are eligible to participate. SMA will help your business stay strong and grow.
