The Temecula Valley Entrepreneur’s Exchange, also known as TVE2
, is located in Temecula’s old city hall building, addressed as 43200 Business Park Drive. In an effort to be proactive and spark job creation and economic vitality, the City Council repurposed the City owned building for use as a business incubator and resource center. Our purpose is to support the growth of innovation and entrepreneurs - as we know they are a key driver of economic growth for the region.
Business incubators accelerate the successful development of entrepreneurial companies through an array of business support resources and services. TVE2
is intended to be a regional business resource center that assists not only the clients being incubated but also provides services and resources for many companies in Southwest Riverside County. TVE2 will connect people and ideas with knowledge, expertise and capital to promote technology growth in the Temecula Valley.
The business incubator offers affordable, flexible and scalable space for startups to network, collaborate and grow their business. The space offers 24/7 access, furnished workstations (and offices), high speed FIOS wi-fi, business address, lounge, plenty of parking and breakroom. The company that is the ‘right’ fit would be an innovative start up with less than 5 full time employees and in business less than 2 years looking to grow their business. Companies apply for the incubator and are chosen by a selection committee of business professionals. Mentoring and advisors are available in-house.
The Resource Center is open M-F 8am-5pm and includes the offices of the Economic Development Corporation of Southwest California, Inland Empire SBDC, and Tri-tech SBDC. We provide support services including FREE 1 on 1 business counseling in areas such as business development, financing, and marketing. We also work with businesses wanting to expand or relocate to the area. In addition, we provide workshops on business topics such as - how to start your business, legal issues, hr requirements, taxes for the small business, social media, and other technology topics.
