RESOLUTION NO. 11-38
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA UPDATING THE FEE SCHEDULE
The City Council of the City of Temecula does hereby resolve as follows:
Section 1. The Fee Schedule, attached hereto as Exhibit A, is attached to this resolution and incorporated herein by this reference.
Section 2. The Fee Schedule shall become effective upon the adoption of this resolution and may be, thereafter, amended.
Section 3. All prior resolutions in conflict with this resolution are hereby rescinded.
Section 4. The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Temecula this 14th day of June, 2011.
