The Planning Department is ready to help you navigate through the planning process and to assist you in obtaining land use and planning permits that may be required for your development project or land use proposal.
Pre-Applications
To help facilitate the planning process, the City of Temecula offers a Pre-Application review of any land use or development project before a formal application is submitted to the City for review. The Pre-Application review does not require a fee or submittal appointment, and is intended to provide quick feedback to project applicants before they submit a formal planning application to the City.
