Specific Plans

What is a Specific Plan?

A Specific Plan is a comprehensive planning and zoning document for a defined geographic region of the City. The City of Temecula has 13 Specific Plans which govern the land use and development within the designated Specific Plan areas. Specific plans contain detailed standards, land use and development criteria that supplement those of the General Plan. Specific Plan land use and development standards are different than those of the City's Development Code. If you are looking for the Development Code please click here.
