The Old Town Local Review Board is established by the Old Town Specific Plan and has specific responsibility for serving as an advisory resource to all agencies of the City in matters pertaining to the historic significance and related architectural themes of the historic district.  They are also charged with encouraging public understanding and appreciation of the unique architectural, environmental and cultural heritage of the district through educational and interpretive programs.
