This Implementation Plan for the City of Temecula Redevelopment Agency (RDA) is prepared pursuant to Health & Safety Code Section 33490. Its purpose is to set forth the goals of the Redevelopment Plan for the City of Temecula Redevelopment Project Area and to present an overview of the programs the RDA expects to implement over the next five years to advance those goals and to eradicate blight within the Project Area. The Implementation Plan presents information on general redevelopment capital improvements and activities to be undertaken using the Housing Fund. Adoption of the Implementation Plan does not constitute an approval of any specific program, project, or expenditure described in the plan and, therefore, the Implementation Plan is not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act requiring environmental documentation.
