The City Sustainability Program Committee consists of two council members, and one commissioner from the Planning Commission, the Public and Traffic Safety Commission and the Community Services Commission. The City Sustainability Subcommittee's role is to provide policy guidance and direction to staff.
The Committee is represented by:

- Councilmember Chuck Washington
- Planning Commissioner Ron Guerriero
- Community Services Commissioner Charolette Fox
- Public and Traffic Safety Commissioner Tomi Arbogast.
