Examples: There are very specific code requirements governing where a water heater can be located, when to elevate a water heater, bracing requirements, and temperature and pressure relief valve requirements. A final inspection is required after all work has been completed.
Fill out Application:
Submit Application and Pay Fees: In order to get a permit you will need to pay the necessary permit fees.
Where to go:
GET PERMITS:Once your fees have been paid, the Building & Safety Division will issue the required permits for your project.
SCHEDULE INSPECTIONS: Once the work permitted is completed you will need to call and request an inspection. Inspections are required to ensure that all work was completed correctly
COMPLETION After your final inspection, your project will be considered complete.
