Due to the 4.0 staffing policy that Temecula Fire adheres to, there is always one Medic individual on each engine. As a result, the Medic Squad vehicle is maintained as a back up vehicle and is located at Station 84 on Pauba Road.
All City fire engines have been upgraded to Paramedic Assessment Engines, and the Fire Department is dedicated to providing a minimum of two Paramedic and two EMT level personnel at the scene of emergencies.
