The Promenade Mall Storefront has Live Scan available at the cost of $10.00 plus additional charges regulated by the Department of Justice (DOJ). The Live Scan process is by appointment only. If you would like to make an appointment or if you have questions regarding the fee, please call 951-375-3494.
- Police reports
Obtain copies of police reports $18.00
- Pay City VICR fees (Vehicle Impound Cost Recovery)

- Pay “REPO” fees
$15.00 cash
- Have most “fix-it” tickets signed off
- File past public/private property traffic collision reports
- Apply for C.A.T. (Combat Auto Theft) stickers

- Obtain “Ride-along” applications
- Apply for Solicitors permits
$23 for a 2 month permit
- Obtain RV/Oversize permits
- Obtain various information on crime prevention, neighborhood watch, stranger/danger or other types of programs available through the department.
