• July 27, 2010 Grant Application - Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant - The Temecula Police Department is applying for grant funds in order to utilize technology to streamline Temecula Police Department processes.

•  July 27, 2010 Recommend that the City Council adopt minor revisions to the adopted City of Temecula 2008-2014 Housing Element Update. The proposed minor revisions, requested by the California State Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD), will further clarify particular programs necessary to comply with State Housing Law. 

• July 27, 2010 Adopt a resolution ordering confirmation of the special assessment against parcels of land with the City of Temecula for costs of abatement and removal of hazardous vegetation fo the fiscal year 2009-2010

• August 4, 2010 Planning Application Nos. PA08-0134, PA09-0309,PA09-0137,and PA08-0138  A Development Plan to construct an addition to the Palomar Hotel consisting of a 1,728 wine garden (Phase I) and a four-story, 10,304 square foot addition featuring sixteen new rooms and a roof deck (Phase II) located on the northeast corner of Old Town Front Street and Fifth Street at 28522 Old Town Front Street
