- January 26, 2010 - Universal Health Services of Rancho Springs, Inc., Extension of Time application for the Temecula Regional Hospital, PA09-0362
- February 23, 2010 Santa Margarita Area Annexation No. 2 (“SMAA”) is a proposal to annex approximately 4,510 acres from the unincorporated jurisdiction of the County of Riverside into the incorporated jurisdiction of the City of Temecula and the City of Temecula Community Services District. Currently, 384 acres of the SMAA are located within the City of Temecula’s Sphere of Influence. This project consists of the following components, each of which was considered by the Planning Commission at a duly noticed public hearing on February 3, 2010, and at which the Planning Commission recommended approval of the project by the City Council

- February 17, 2010 PA09-0232 The first Extension of Time (no changes proposed) for Planning Application PA07-0132, a Development Plan for the construction of a one-story, 13,958 square foot commercial building generally located on the southwest corner of Landings and Village Roads within the Harveston Specific Plan
- February 17, 2010 Long Range Planning Project No. LR09-0001 A Citywide Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Temecula amending portions of Title 17 of the Temecula Municipal Code to revise family daycare requirements to be consistent with State law, update public noticing requirements, require a Conditional Use Permit for certain wine tasting establishments, modify sign program regulations, clarify governmental exempt signs, streamline extension of time application requirements, remove the term ‘granny flat’, revise guest house requirements and make other minor clarifications or typographical corrections
- March 17, 2010 PA08-0117 (continued again) (continued) Conditional Use Permit/Antenna Facility Application for a cell tower developed as three 35-foot flag poles at 45100 Redhawk Parkway
