Butterfield Square
Butterfield Square currently is a two structure plaza development that provides retail and professional space. After its renovation it will include two additional structures located directly on Front Street. The development will greatly improve its appearance while adding significantly more retail and professional space.
Queen Anne
The Queen Anne building will be a 2 story Victorian styled commercial development. It was designed to accommodate professional office space on the upper floor with retail and restaurant space on the ground level.
Burke Building
The Burke Building will be a 3 story office/commercial development styled in a neo-classic design reminiscent of the famous Carnegie Libraries. The second floor will consist of office space with commercial space on the ground floor.
Dalton III
Dalton III is the third and final structure to be developed along the north side of fifth street. Like the Dalton II building the Dalton III is designed as a mixed-use structure that provides retail, professional, residential space. Along with Dalton II, Dalton III will provide an additional 46 affordable housing units in the Old Town Temecula District.
