Development Services
The Development Services Division is responsible for park site acquisition and development, assessment engineering, development review, and solid waste & cable television franchise administration.

CR&R Inc., the City's franchised waste hauler, provides free bin use to non-profit organizations in the community for the purpose of recycling fund raisers. They will deliver the bins, weigh the recyclables, and pay top market dollar for the recyclable products.
