• Exhibitors o Biomedical, Engineering, Healthcare, Hospitality, Manufacturing o Community College, University, Trade-Technical Schools o Law Enforcement, Fire and EMT, Government o Military, and National Guard
• Employers o Summer and part time employment for youth 16 to 22 years
*Exhibitors and employers set up time – 8:00 – 8:45 a.m. Clean up 11:30 a.m. - Noon
The City of Temecula, Riverside County Office of Education, Temecula Valley Chamber of Commerce, Temecula Valley Unified School District, and Workforce Development Agency have joined together to form a coalition for the purpose of enhancing employment opportunities for Temecula Valley youth.
*Students attending the Youth Employment Expo will be given a free raffle ticket for a chance to win an IPOD. Employment is not guaranteed by expo producers or Youth Employment Expo Coalition.
Tips to Make the Temecula Youth Employment Expo Work for You!
- No Children at the Job Fair
- Dress Appropriately
- Bring Resumes
- Write Neatly on your Application
- Review before you hand in your resume/application.
- Employers will not consider you for a job if there are any misspelled words on your application or resume.
- Shine your shoes
- Make sure your hair looks clean and well groomed
- Take out your piercing
- Do Not Forget to Listen
- And Most Importantly...HAVE A GREAT ATTITUDE!
