We are happy to announce that we will be resuming Water Aerobics Classes this spring and summer! Water Aerobics is a great activity to get moving in a low-impact but high energy environment.

Shallow Water Aerobics
Low-impact but high energy! Take advantage of the aquatics environment to energize your workout routine. We’ll start with some cardio, move to resistance work, and end with aqua stretching to enhance flexibility. Participants do NOT need to be able to swim.

**Both This is a way to get the most for your money! You can take both the Tuesday and the Thursday Shallow Water Aerobics Class for a discounted rate. It's good for the body and for the wallet.

Deep Water Aerobics
A varied and challenging deep-water workout! We’ll combine cardio and resistance moves to give you a full-body workout with zero impact. NO swimming required, but participants should feel comfortable in deep water. Please bring a floatation belt – the instructor will have a couple of “loaners.”

Water Walking
Class provides an easy, safe, and effective way to increase aerobic fitness, endurance, and muscle strength. One mile of water walking is similar to walking two miles on lands and burns up to twice the calories! No need to be able to swim.
