We will provide a mentor to interact with both Employers and Participants to ensure that the needs of the Employer and the Participant are being met. This mentor will make scheduled appearances throughout the duration of the program. We will be providing Soft-Skills Workshops for participants to teach them what is expected of them in the workforce.

Program Conclusion
Upon completion of this program, we will be contacting both the employers and the participants to learn how this program worked for each of them. We will be looking for specific ways to make the program better and to enhance the experience for both employer and employee during next year’s program.
All businesses will receive recognition in the newspaper as well as written recognition that can be posted in your establishment. Our community will be made aware of your participation in this program as helping to mold the youth of Temecula.
