The City of Temecula has released the Southwest Riverside County: Special Needs Resource Guide. The City of Temecula Human Services Department has developed this guide of resources as a reference tool to assist parents, caregivers, and individuals affected by disabilities to connect with local services and resources. |
“The resource guide will always be a work in progress. The more we learn and know the more we will update the resource guide. The guide is just the important first step in making sure those that need help at a critical time get it” says Mayor Pro Tem Mike Naggar. Every effort has been made to provide a list that is up-to-date and offer information on local resources in Southwest Riverside County and surrounding areas and any suggestions of additional programs and/or resources are welcomed.
The guide is available by clicking here and/or available in print by request.
The Autism Community Playbook is developed through a collaborative effort by the City of Temecula’s Community Services Department, regional stakeholders, and interested community members. The City of Temecula has drafted this playbook so that other regions including cities and counties of any size will be able to obtain direction and guidance on how to address the growing need to provide services and programs to youth and families affected by Autism. You can download a copy here.
